	Doaa Sherif El Badrawy, Egypt
	Doaa Sherif El-Badrawy is a female Egyptian Muslim graphic designer and animator specializing in flash animation. She was born on the 18th of June 1981, and she is married. After graduating from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Egypt 2003, Doaa has achieved a diploma in Multimedia from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) where she is currently working since 2004. It was there in ITI where she started the project http://www.viti4kids.gov.eg/, an edutainment website for kids, together with her colleagues. Prior to working in ITI, Doaa spent 1 month as a trainee in Nile Thematic Channels, Egyptian Radio and Television Union, and spent 1 month as an animator in Matrix animation studio. Later she worked as a free lancer web designer for WSI company and shared as a volunteer designer and animator in the project of http://www.zero-net.net/. Through a successful career of web design and animation for kids, Doaa has been part of the award winning project viti4kids and shared as a speaker in the conference of Digimedia in Egypt 2005 and the conference of Multimedia applications in education (MApEC 2006) in Austria where she won the best paper award.
	Francis Ow, Singapore
	I am now 59 years old and I have been doing Origami since I was a kid. I do not remember exactly how old I was when I started folding but I remember it was before I started going to school. As for creative origami, I started designing my own models in 1978. That means 30 years of creative Origami. I fold all kinds of models but I like Geometric Folding. I specialise in Modular Origami and of course Heart models. Peace and Harmony through Origami.
	Diana Lee, Canada
	Ms Diana Lee was introduced to origami at age 4 and has enjoyed the art of paper folding for many years henceforth. Ms Lee promotes her love for the paper arts by: teaching origami to young children in local schools interviewing origami artists for online audio broadcast promoting the art form to a global audience through her web site, the Origami Resource Center. Ms Lee is the curator of the Florence Temko Origami Collection which contains historically significant models from the 1950s and 1960s. She has embarked upon the project of digitally preserving the Collection and sharing its contents worldwide.
	Anne R. LaVin, USA
	Anne LaVin has been practicing origami for over 35 years, ever since being introduced to it (and loving it immediately) in elementary school. A member of OrigamiUSA, the Japan Origami Academic Society, the British Origami Society, Nippon Origami Association, Mouvement Francais des Plieurs de Papier and the Polish Origami Society, she regularly attends workshops and conventions in New York and, when possible, in Japan and the rest of the world. Her origami interests span the range of the craft, in style, content and technique, from representational and sculptural to geometric and mathematical, and extend to a variety of related paper crafts, including papermaking and bookbinding. She is extremely fortunate to have studied with Michael LaFosse at the Origamido Studio for many years, and considers Michael her primary inspiration in origami style and technique. Currently she manages the nearly 900-member Origami Mailing List (a public internet discussion group) along with friend and origami artist, Joseph Wu.
	Dennis Walker, UK
	Webmaster of the Origamidatabase Country: Scotland Hist-ori: Started folding at the age of 10 with a second-hand copy of Robert Harbin's 'Origami 2'. Joined the BOS in 1986. Started his own origami database in a fit of boredom whilst unemployed in 1992 and kept it up-to-date. From this small acorn... Has a few models to his credit, mainly because he wanted to appear in the database that he was spending a lot of time on! Sometimes writes the odd (hopefully humorous) article for the BOS Magazine.

	Aleksandra Kalashnikova was born on 1961. She is a teacher of additional education of the Centre of Children Creation, Enisseysk, Russia. She has been teaching origami for 15 years.
	Tatyana Khakhaleva, Ukraine
	Tatyana Khakhaleva was born in 1949. Not married. 1975 - Novokuznetsk pedagogical Universiry 1987 - Maximum trade-union school of culture All work is connected with children and creativity. Director of the children club. The participant of all origami seminars in Kiev, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine).
